WHAT ARE THE PACKAGES YOU OFFER AND WHAT DO THEY REALLY MEAN?

  • All day wedding coverage: Although some weddings are small, some others can be BIG. Even with the largest of weddings, the major events are typically covered within 15 hours. All day wedding coverage is capped to 15 hours, after which additional coverage charges apply. Coverage typically starts as make is having its last touches and typically ends with the formal goodbye. However, please discuss your specific needs with me.
  • Portrait sessions: Typically portrait sessions run for 1-3 hours. From my past experiences, we usually wrap things up within 2 hours. Sessions are fun, relaxed and easy going, but at the same time fast paced.
  • A day in the life: These sessions are designed to take s snapshot of your lives. Typically these sessions are held in your home and capture your family being themselves for a morning or an afternoon. These sessions generally go for 1-3 hours.
  • Newborn sessions: These are super relaxed. I allow plenty of time for cuddles, changes and feeds along the way. There is no rush here. I provide all props, throws and backdrops but feel free to bring whatever you want included in the shoot.

SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING TO MY PORTRAIT SESSION?

As the sessions are all about you, your family, your loved ones and your life – I encourage all my clients to bring things that mean somethings to them. Things that define them. Is your family crazy about the footy? bring your jerseys and the footy and let the boys play a game a of beach footy. Favorite blanky? That cute little furry stuffed thing he gave you on your first Valentines day? If it means something to you then bring it I say.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

The number of photos depend on your wedding day or portrait session. For a 10 hour wedding you will typically receive between 500-800 photographs. For a 1-2 hour portrait session you will typically receive 15-70 photographs.

WILL ALL OUR PHOTOS BE EDITED?

The definition of edited varies greatly. All your photographs will be adjusted for tine, colour, contrast and final polishing to give you a look consistent with images found in this site. This editing step ensures that the picture you get reflect my style and personality. I like to stay true to this style and its what I do best.

CAN WE PURCHASE PRODUCTS SUCH AS ALBUMS AND CANVASES?

Printed photos, whether it be in paper, in albums, or on the wall come alive. I love the feeling of prints, the fact you can hold them, hand them and see them all the time. I offer high quality lay flat albums in 10×10 inch size, almost always give you prints and also offer canvases and story boxes. You can choose to purchase these items when you book with me or up to 6 months down the track. All printed products come with 100% satisfaction guarantee and include design and layout consultation.

HOW LONG AFTER OUR SHOOT WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

You will typically recieve your final  images on either DVD or USB within 3-7 weeks of your shoot. Sometimes it may be earlier, but rarely is it later. If in case I am running behind, I will contact you and let you know.

IS THERE MORE THAN ONE PHOTOGRAPHER?

For weddings, I always prefer two photographers. It means your whole day is captured completely. some shots just wont be possible without two photographers! The extra cost associated with a second photographer is well worth the complete story that can be captured on your day. For portrait sessions, I normally work alone or bring a junior assistant to help with the bubs and lighting.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

For portraits if the weather is bad – we will re-schedule. That’s not to say we can’t get out in the rain with gumboots and all! For weddings, its the one thing you cant control! We can still shoot in the rain if you feeling adventurous, remember to bring plenty of umbrellas and we will always have a back up location to take the bridal photos if the original choice is rained out.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! I love to travel. Contact me with your wedding or portrait plans and locations to arrange logistics.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING WITH YOU?

That’s the easy part! Once we have talked about your shoot, ill send you some paper work. A signed copy back to me along with a 20% deposit means that the day is locked in for you! Contact me to check my availability.
